Steps to take part in a stocktake
Taking part in a stocktaking shift with Fairson Job is quick and straightforward. The app guides you every step of the way, from browsing shifts to working on-site.
STEP 1
Download the app
First, download the Fairson Job app on your smartphone.

Once installed, you can create your account and access your personal space.
STEP 2
Create your profile
When signing up, you’ll enter the information needed to set up your profile.
This allows us to complete your profile and prepare you for taking part in shifts.
Once your profile is validated, you can start browsing available shifts.
STEP 3
Browse available shifts
Using the app, you can view shifts available in your area. Each shift includes key details such as:
Location
Times
Assignment details
STEP 4
Apply for shifts
When you find a shift you’re interested in, you can apply directly through the app.
Once you’ve secured a place, you’ll be able to access all the necessary information to take part (contract, assignment details, etc.).
Everything you need is available in your personal space.
STEP 5
Get ready for your shift
Before the shift, key information becomes available in the app.
You’ll be able to access documents related to the assignment and find all the details you need to get there.
This helps you prepare in advance.
STEP 6
Take part in the stocktake
On the day of the shift, head to the location shown in the app.
On arrival, the Inventory Supervisor will welcome the team and explain the instructions to ensure everything runs smoothly.
The stocktake can then begin.
Track your shifts in the app
The Fairson Job app allows you to access all the information related to your bookings.
From your personal space, you can view your upcoming shifts and find all the important details linked to them.
Everything is centralised in one place to make managing your shifts easy.
