A competition that rewards the best
The Top Gun Challenge is an internal competition designed to recognise top-performing inventory associates. Each year, it highlights outstanding talent in the field, rewarding accuracy, consistency and expertise.

A performance-based challenge
The Top Gun Challenge is entirely based on performance during stocktaking shifts.
Throughout the qualification period, participants earn points based on their results. These results feed into dynamic rankings that reflect each participant’s ability to:

Maintain a strong pace

Deliver consistent results

Apply stocktaking methods and best practices
An international competition
The Top Gun Challenge brings together inventory associates from several countries where Fairson operates:
France
French West Indies
Italy
Spain
Portugal
Belgium
The competition is also open to selected international partners specialising in stocktaking.
This international dimension allows participants to compete with talent from different organisations and compare working methods across the industry.


Multi-level rankings
To make the competition even more engaging, the Top Gun Challenge features several levels of ranking:

Regional rankings

National rankings

European rankings
For participants, this becomes a real personal challenge: improving performance, climbing the rankings and reaching the top.
A final for the best performers
At the end of the qualification phase, the top participants qualify for the Top Gun Challenge final. This final brings together the highest-performing inventory associates from the competition.
The goal is simple: to crown the Top Gun of the year: the participant who has demonstrated the highest level of performance.
