The Talent Factory allows you to progress at every stage of your journey. Each level recognises your experience and unlocks more opportunities, along with increased pay.

You enter the Talent Factory. At this stage, your reliability and commitment are recognised, and you begin to benefit from priority access to nearby shifts to build your experience.

Specialist
Your experience grows and your consistency on shifts is recognised. You become someone the teams can rely on to deliver efficient and high-quality work.

Expert
You reach an advanced level of expertise. Your accuracy, speed and commitment make you a highly experienced and recognised member of the team.

Top Gun
You reach the highest level of the Talent Factory. At this stage, you are among the top-performing inventory associates in the Fairson network, able to maintain a high level of accuracy and performance over time.

Talent Cities: centres of excellence
Talent Cities showcase Fairson’s expertise on the ground.
Some locations have a high level of stocktaking activity and bring together a large number of experienced inventory associates.
These “Talent Cities” are true centres of excellence, where highly active and high-performing teams operate.
They help strengthen the Fairson network and drive the Talent Factory forward.

Develop your skills
Progressing within the Talent Factory also means building your skills.
Training and support initiatives help inventory associates refine their methods, improve performance and continue developing over time.
