In accordance with the amended French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 and the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”) (EU Regulation No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016), Fairson Inventaire, acting as the data controller, is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the Website and the Fairson Job Android and iOS application, individuals applying for the assignments offered, and Fairson Inventaire employees.

Only browsing data is collected through cookies for the purpose of audience measurement and website analytics.
Applicants
Personal data is collected through the registration form on the legal basis of pre-contractual measures. This information is required for the performance of the employment contracts established for the stocktaking shifts offered.
You will then be asked to complete a counting aptitude test. If you do not pass the test, only your email address will be retained for a period of two years, during which time you will not be permitted to retake the test.
If you pass the test, the information you provide will be retained for the duration of your participation in the various shifts offered, plus any legally required retention periods.
Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorised employees who require it in the course of their duties. The information collected is shared with our accounting firm for payroll processing and the fulfilment of social and employment obligations.
Please note that, when carrying out their services, third parties are granted only limited access to personal data and are required to use it in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
Each data subject has the following rights:
- The right to access, rectify and, where applicable, transfer their personal data.
- The right to restrict processing, request erasure and object to the processing of their data on legitimate grounds.
- The right to provide FAIRSON SAS with instructions regarding the handling of their personal data after their death (retention, deletion, disclosure to a third party, etc.).

Fairson Inventaire employees
As the data controller, FAIRSON Inventaire collects and processes personal data relating to its employees. This personal data will only be processed or used where necessary to:
- Perform your employment contract
- Comply with legal and/or regulatory obligations
- Use your surname, first name, date and place of birth, and National Insurance/Social Security number for employment declarations submitted to the relevant authorities
- Use salary information for tax reporting purposes
- Use your marital status and number of dependent children for enrolment in insurance and healthcare benefit schemes
- Use the telephone number, surname and first name provided during registration as your identifier during stocktakes within our Android application (AppInventaire)
Your personal information will be retained for as long as necessary to perform your employment contract, enable the company to fulfil its legal and regulatory obligations, and exercise its rights under applicable laws and case law.
Throughout the retention period, we implement appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data and to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, loss or deletion.
